However, if something still needs to be adjusted or doesn’t fit quite right, please email us at info@levkalade.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will assist you! Please note that the shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. Once your return is accepted, we will refund your payment in the same method within fourteen days.

Important: certain items like stickers and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping applies automatically for orders above 150€.

Please note that customs fees for shipments outside the EU are not included.

To ensure longevity, we recommend following the care instructions provided on each product. Generally, gentle machine washing at low temperatures, max. 30 degrees is advised. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Use a low iron, and wash with similar colors. Turn the garment inside out before washing. Please note that intense colors may bleed slightly during the first wash.
