Refund policy
You have a 30-day return right: from the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to send your items back. For this voluntary 30-day return, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and is not subject to these conditions.
Independently of this, as a consumer you have your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You'll find the full cancellation policy in our Terms of Service.
To return something:
- Let us know here which item(s) you'd like to return and — if you like — why. Giving a reason is not required.
- Once we confirm your return, we'll send you the return details.
- Pack the item(s) in their original packaging and send them to the address we provide. You cover the return shipping — we recommend an insured, tracked option, since you're responsible for delivery.
Once your return has been checked and accepted, we'll refund you via the original payment method — depending on your card issuer, the credit takes 3–7 business days. For the statutory right of withdrawal, we also refund the standard outbound shipping; you cover the return shipping. Customs fees for shipments outside the EU can't be refunded.
We don't offer direct exchanges — just return the item and place a new order.
