Shipping policy

We ship from Munich with trusted carriers such as DHL & Deutsche Post.
Mugs and glasses ship from Munich the next working day. Caps are shipped separately. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. In rare cases, shipping may be delayed by factors beyond our control (e.g. at the carrier). To make sure everything arrives smoothly, please enter all details, especially your shipping address, correctly at checkout.

We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland. Shipping within Germany is free, with no minimum order. To all other countries we charge a flat €9.95, and shipping is free on orders from €100. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

Within the EU, no customs fees apply. For orders to Switzerland, Swiss import VAT and customs handling fees may apply; these are charged by the carrier and paid by the recipient. Islands and remote areas may take a little longer.

Caps arrive in 4-7 working days in Germany and 5-10 working days in all other countries. If your order also contains other items, the cap arrives in a separate package.
