Shipping policy

We ship all our packages within Germany exclusively with our logistics partner DHL & DEUTSCHE POST and in Türkiye with Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo or HepsiJET.
Our order processing time is 1-2 business days after purchase, delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware that shipping may be affected by global factors beyond our control, which could result in extended delays. In the unlikely event that an order is not collected or needs to be returned, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to resolve the issue with their local postal/courier service. To avoid any such issues, please ensure that all details, including the shipping address, are entered correctly at checkout. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.

Shipping within Germany is free, with no minimum order. Shipping rates for other countries are detailed below. Please note that shipping costs may increase depending on the weight of your package. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
